A welcoming youth wrestling program for boys and girls in grades 2–8 from Boonton and Lincoln Park. We meet every kid where they are, first-timers to seasoned competitors, in a fun, positive room built on hard work and respect.

More than a wrestling team…

Junior Bombers Wrestling is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving kids in Boonton and Lincoln Park, NJ. We give boys and girls a safe, positive place to learn the sport from dedicated coaches. Building the fundamentals, discipline, and confidence that carry far beyond the mat.

Wrestling is fun, but it's also hard, and that's the point. Any kid willing to show up, put in the work, and grow alongside their teammates earns the same respect and encouragement here. Whether it's their first practice or their fifth season. We've grown a lot in the last few years, and we're even prouder of the families who make this program what it is.

Our wrestlers compete in the Twin County Junior Wrestling League, with Saturday meets from January into February, leading up to district and regional tournaments. Matches are set by age, weight, experience, and skill level, so kids are paired with opponents at their own level.

We're committed to a safe, inclusive room where every kid, at any skill level and from any background, is welcomed and respected. Wrestling is tough, and anyone willing to come in and do the work will earn that respect and be cheered on every step of the way. New families, especially, we'd love to have you.
